I invite you to rent my Cady Mountain guest suite on San Juan Island.

Sunny Knoll offers spectacular views of Haro Strait and Vancouver Island. Mt. Rainier is visible to the Southeast and the lights of Victoria, British Columbia twinkle in the West. The Suite's unique location provides stunning views of both sunrises and sunsets. Relax and enjoy the view in your own private hot tub.

At night the stars blanket the sky and lights of passing freighters dance along Haro Strait below. On foggy nights you can hear the distant call of the Lime Kiln State Park lighthouse foghorn. The Suite is a wing of my private residence which is situated on a very tranquil twenty acres of forestland and glacial scoured meadows - you'll see deer & bald eagles. Fill your water bottle for the day with our fresh, cold well water.

I'm happy to answer your questions, give you directions and suggestions for activities and restaurants, arrange for babysitting, and generally make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Minimal Kitchenette Facility


Sunny Knoll Guest Suite is a unique experience available for just one party at a time. There are two bedrooms with an adjoining bath. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The master bedroom also has a mattress with down comforter on the floor - Great for Kids! Parties in the suite are limited to five people to ensure that both guests and residents can fully enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the setting.

  • $1500 per month.
  • Maximum of two adults (no children)
  • NO pets!
  • Cleaning/Damage Deposit of $ 500 required.

I make my house available free of charge for the nonprofit agencies of
San Juan County to hold their annual meetings. I also donate a portion of
income from the vacation suite to nonprofit agencies serving women and
children and individuals in need.
